Hours: Initially flexible/as required, moving to 4 on 4 off
Job Type: Temp to Perm / Ongoing
Location: Edinburgh
Pay: £13.50

We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our busy team. Initially, you will need to be flexible and available to work as and when required, before moving onto a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

This is a very physically demanding warehouse role, involving regular heavy lifting and moving large sofas and bulky goods. This is not a light warehouse position and candidates must be physically fit.

Duties include:

• Loading vans with goods for the following day's deliveries.

• Unloading sofas and other goods from the head depot.

• Moving and organising heavy stock.

• General warehouse duties.

• Sweeping and keeping the warehouse clean and tidy.

• Working safely as part of a busy team.

About You:

• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual work.

• Reliable, hardworking and punctual.

• Flexible and willing to work as required initially.

• Able to work well as part of a team.

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.

Important: this is heavy manual work and requires a good level of physical fitness.

If you're looking for a hands-on warehouse role with the opportunity to move onto a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, apply today.

Please note: This role requires candidates to be flexible for the first couple of weeks, then they will move on to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern of 0700 to 1900.

Due to the start times of this role, it would be advantageous to have your own transport.
