Production Operative

Our client is looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join their busy manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working towards targets, and being part of a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn new skills and progress within the business.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Thursday
07:30 - 17:30

• Three scheduled breaks throughout the day

• On-site canteen available

• Bringing your own food is recommended

The Role

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

• Operating machinery and production equipment following full training

• Loading and using templates as part of the manufacturing process

• Assembling and processing materials to specification

• Packing, stacking, and preparing finished products for dispatch

• Carrying out quality checks to ensure high production standards

• Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies

• Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Skills & Experience

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely

• Reliable and punctual

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work effectively within a team

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
