We are looking to strengthen our team in Livingston and is seeking an experienced, motivated and proactive Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and growing branch.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who enjoys building strong client relationships, developing new business and delivering a high standard of service to both clients and candidates.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running and continued growth of the branch. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, including face-to-face site visits and account management.

• Developing new business through proactive sales activity, cold calling and arranging client meetings.

• Managing the full recruitment process, from advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing and placements.

• Managing a large pool of temporary workers, ensuring client requirements are met efficiently.

• Maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and administration.

• Supporting the branch in achieving its recruitment, service and business development targets.

• Participating in the on-call rota, providing our clients and workers with the 24/7 service they rely on.

About You

We're looking for someone who is confident, commercially aware and passionate about recruitment. You'll ideally have previous recruitment experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and build lasting professional relationships.

You'll also bring:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive approach to sales, business development and account management.

• Resilience, ambition and a genuine drive to achieve and exceed targets.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly around compliance.

• The confidence to deal with clients and candidates both face-to-face and over the phone.

• A positive, supportive attitude and the ability to contribute to a successful team.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary of £25,000–£28,000, depending on experience.

• Uncapped commission with OTE of up to £32,000+

• Additional on-call bonus payments.

• Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with flexibility required to meet the needs of the business.
