We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our busy team on a Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 shift, with the opportunity to become permanent.

This is a very physically demanding role, involving regular lifting, carrying and moving of large and heavy sofas. Candidates must be physically fit and prepared for hard manual work.

Duties include:

• Loading vans with sofas and goods for the following day's deliveries.

• Unloading incoming goods from the head depot.

• Moving and storing heavy and bulky items.

• General warehouse duties.

• Sweeping, cleaning and keeping the warehouse tidy.

• Working safely and efficiently as part of a team.

About You:

• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

• Positive attitude and willing to get stuck in.

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.

Please be aware: this is a heavy manual role and requires a good level of physical fitness.
