We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and proactive Trainee / Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Livingston.

Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential. We value the right attitude, a willingness to learn and the ambition to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates and temporary workers.

• Advertise vacancies across online job boards and social media.

• Source, screen and interview candidates over the phone and face-to-face.

• Match suitable candidates to client requirements and manage the recruitment process.

• Maintain and develop a pool of temporary workers to meet changing client demands.

• Support business development through proactive calls, client meetings and site visits.

• Ensure all recruitment administration, compliance and quality standards are maintained.

• Work towards individual and branch targets while contributing to the success of the wider team.

• Participate in the on-call rota, supporting our 24/7 service during weeknights and weekends.

Recruitment, sales or customer service experience would be advantageous, but we welcome applications from people with the right attitude and transferable skills.

Commission and on-call payments are additional to basic salary and depend on performance and participation in the rota.

Working Hours

The standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Flexibility is required to meet client and worker needs, including participation in the on-call rota covering weeknights and weekends.
