Training Administrator


Being an integral part the Training team, this role exists in order to give our customers a single point of contact for all training requirements.

The successful individual will also be tasked with increasing the number of customers we have using our products by ‘selling’ our training services.

The successful candidate’s job role will involve:

  • Dealing with individuals and businesses who wish to use (or to find out more about) our training services from across the UK,
  • Making & handling telephone calls/ emails/ texts in a fast-paced environment,
  • Inputting data into our internal database,
  • Updating performance KPIs for themselves and the team
  • Working to targets,
  • Using our CRM database to manage how (and how often) we contact customers and potential customers,
  • Selling the training products to potential customers and individuals,
  • Working alongside the trainers on course delivery, customer requirements and tailoring services for specific customers,
  • Liaising with our sister business (Sure Recruitment) to ‘cross sell’ services, offering added value customer to their customer base and vice versa,
  • Understanding compliance requirements and quality standards of the business and the specific courses we deliver,
  • Dealing with all social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram as part of the sales and marketing elements of the business.



Skills/ experience required

  • Must have excellent phone manner and communication skills,
  • Ability to create professional relationships with customers over the phone/email and possibly even in customer meetings,
  • Must be confident, outgoing & have a can-do attitude while working under pressure,
  • Must be able to offer the best customer service experience to large corporations and individuals alike,
  • Experience , or an understanding, of the Transport/Logistics industry would be beneficial but not essential as all training will be provided,
  • Candidates should have knowledge of Microsoft IT packages and have previous administration experience,
  • The successful candidate must have an eye for detail, especially in admin tasks.

This position is Monday to Friday 08:30am – 16:30pm
