A great opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and confident individual to join our expanding Company. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Estimating Team.

 Junior Estimator Role–

– Receiving and evaluating enquiries

– Assisting with the preparation of quotations

– Collecting estimating data, compiling and sending quotations

– Investigating and finding solutions to provide the best products to meet the customers’ requirements

– Learning a wide range of products

– Maintaining quotation records

– Developing and maintaining customer relations

– Following up on quotations, liaising with the Business Development Manager

– Offering advice and providing technical support to customers

– Assisting in processing orders

– Analysing technical drawings

– Liaising with suppliers to request costings

– Take off construction plans and schedules

– Carrying out special projects from time to time

Essentials

Key Skills

– Be able to work individually and as part of a team

– Ability to manage workloads and operate in a fast environment

– Be accurate and methodical

– Good computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Excel required

– Good maths and English skills

AutoCAD experience would be beneficial but not essential.

– Drive to develop their skills and progress through the company
