Delivery Driver

Sure Recruitment are proud to be working with a reputable client based in Cumbernauld. We are looking for candidates who can work on their own as well as part of a team. We are looking for an experienced Delivery Driver who has previous experience in a Commercial setting.

Experience within a fast-paced and heavy lifting environment is preferred. Candidates must be physically fit due to the nature of the role. Applicants will be delivering bedroom furniture to customers home with a van mate.

*Own transport advantageous due to start times*

Shift Patterns

Monday to Friday – 1300 Starts

Occasional Saturdays

Rate of Pay:

£380.00-£400.00 per week

Responsibilities and Duties

– Loading and unloading vehicle

– Paperwork

– Customer service

– Using a handheld scanner

– Great time management

Essentials

Required skillset for this position:

–Clean Driving License

– No major endorsements

-Must have held License for more that 2 years

– Should have more that 18 months relevant driving experience

– Excellent customer service

– Time Management skills

– Attention to detail

– Heavy lifting involved

– Able to maintain a professional manner under pressure
