Recruit and supply staff into industrial, warehouse, production and ‘blue collar’ roles across Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North of England. Our specialist industrial consultants work with clients covering high-volume temporary assignments, low volume/ niche assignments as well as offering a Permanent Recruitment service.
How We Do It
We use our expertise, experience, technology and common sense to work with customers and candidates to place the correct people into the correct roles for them, this solves most problems before they even arise. If problems do arise, we offer best in class customer service to resolve them in a quick and efficient manner (our 24hrs service excels in these instances)
Why We Do It
We are genuinely passionate about customer service. We want our customers businesses to thrive and our workers developing their careers and getting access to the roles and training they need to do this.
Where We Do it
Our customer base is currently primarily based in Scotland and Northern Ireland, however we have customers right across the UK who we work with on a daily basis. We will not take on any customers that we do not feel we can service to our high standards, regardless of where they are based.

Technology and systems can assist with a lot of what we do, but ultimately it’s people that we will be working with on a daily basis. We do not believe in taking shortcuts when it comes to customer service or doing anything that might diminish the good name of our business or our clients. Hence we fully assess and reference check candidates before we place them on assignment as our reputation is built on excellence, and we will maintain that every minute of every day.

As a local business we appreciate the local presence of Sure Recruitment and their staff genuinely seem to care about our business and supply the best temps into us. Any issues we do have are always dealt with promptly and fairly and as a supplier we really couldn’t ask for much more.
Our business isn’t the most glamorous of jobs, but Sure Recruitment understand the kind of work we do and are able to source people that want to do this work, and just as importantly manage to retain them which in itself is quite an achievement.
It's clear to see that Sure Recruitment take a real pride in the people they send to us, and this stands out like a sore thumb when we compare them to some of the other agencies we have used in the past.
We have used a number of agencies for our perm recruitment, but Sure Recruitment seem to have a better understanding of the marketplace and actually assist us by giving us feedback and an insight into how we can recruit the very best talent out there.
When I passed my Counterbalance licence I approached Sure for advice on getting forklift work, and they were brilliant. After I passed the interview they arranged an assessment with a well known local business which I passed at my first attempt. I started with them as a temp worker and then went permanent after an agreed period. Best agency ever!!!!
I've worked for loads of agencies as it suits my personal circumstances with the flexibility on offer. And Sure are the best I've worked with as their way of working suits me perfectly and the customers they have sent me to have all been decent places to work, and I've never had issues with payment and stuff.
After I was made redundant I wasn't confident of being able to find a role, but I was encouraged by a friend to call Sure and from the very start they were great. I passed the recruitment process and very quickly they found me work, and since then I've been working full time for a number of different businesses.
Like most people working in the parcel sector, I expected to be let go after Christmas however Sure have kept me busy and that's all I ask for. I've never had any issues with them, they keep me busy and constantly keep in touch, and genuinely they seem decent people. So I'm happy : )
